Lost or Stolen Product: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen products once they have been shipped.
Incorrect Package/Address Details: In the event that a package is returned to us due to incorrect package or address details provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Damaged Product: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
Customer-Induced Damage: If a product becomes damaged as a result of customer use, we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
